At least two Rangers personnel, identified
as Yar Mohammad and Qasim, and passerby woman, identified
as Saeeda, was killed and four others including two
civilians were injured in a suicide blast targeted with
VBIED near Shadman Town within the remits of the Sharae
Noor Jehan Police Station in North Nazimabad Town of
Karachi, the provincial capital of Sindh.

At least 22 persons including eight children
were killed in a suicide blast targetting a 9th Muharram
(Shia mourning period) procession near a park in the Lashari
area of Jacobabad District in Sindh in the evening. 40
others including several children, have been injured in
the attack.

Three Policemen, CID SP Chaudhry Aslam
Khan was killed and 10 others were injured when a suicide
bomber smashed his car into Aslam's convoy near Essa Nagri
at the Lyari Expressway. TTP claimed responsibility for
the attack. TTP Mohmand Chapter 'spokesperson', Sajjad
Mohmand said that the group has carried out a "successful"
attack to take revenge for several Taliban members killed
by the Police.

Two Rangers and the security guard of a
nearby telephone exchange were killed while two passersby
were wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside
the main entrance of the Headquarters of Pakistan Rangers
Sacchal Wing in the North Nazimabad Town of Karachi, the
provincial capital of Sindh.

At least 13 Policemen were killed and 58
others were injured in a suicide blast targeting a bus carrying
50 Police officers near the gate of Razzakabad Police Training
Center in Shah Latif Town of Karachi. TTP 'spokesman' Shahidullah
Shahid said, "We carried out the attack against the Police
because they are killing our people".

Karachi (Karachi District), the provincial capital of Sindh.
